Realme 8s 5G and 8i are coming on September 9 with MediaTek chipsets

Realme introduced the Realme 8 and 8 Pro in March and followed up with the 8 5G in April. Today, the company announced it will add two more members to the lineup on September 9 – Realme 8s 5G and Realme 8i.

In a press note sent to the media, Realme confirmed that the 8i will come with Helio G96 SoC and 120Hz screen, while the 8s 5G will be the world’s first smartphone to have the Dimensity 810 chip at the helm. The company also said that both smartphones will feature Dynamic RAM Expansion (DRE), letting users expand the phone’s RAM virtually using its internal storage.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE Wi-Fi variant launched in India

Samsung introduced the Galaxy Tab S7 FE in India in June, but it only launched the LTE variant in the country. Now the Wi-Fi-only model is also available for purchase in India through Amazon.in. It comes in a single 4GB/64GB configuration priced at INR41,999 ($575/€485), and you get four color options – Mystic Pink, Mystic Black, Mystic Silver, and Mystic Green. The LTE version is also offered in the same colorways but has two memory options – 4GB/64GB and 6GB/128GB priced at INR46,999 ($645/€545) and INR50,999 ($700/€590), respectively.

Motorola Edge (2021) undergoes teardown on video, isn’t very easily repairable

Back in mid-August Motorola unveiled its newest upper-midrange smartphone for the North American market, which the company confusingly calls Motorola Edge (like the original Edge from last year). Trying to keep our sanity we’re going to refer to it as the Edge (2021).
